Our Vision
We believe the strongest shows come from thoughtful design, dependable production, and a real understanding of how performances live on the field and floor. Our goal is to support programs with visual solutions that bring ideas to life—built to be cohesive and ready to perform when it matters most.
What We Do
Our team designs and produces uniforms, floors, flags, props, flyovers, and visual elements for marching and indoor programs. With everything produced under one roof, we’re able to keep quality consistent, colors aligned, and each piece working together as part of a complete show.
Our History
Our team brings decades of experience in both large-format printing and the marching arts. That background shapes how we work today — with an understanding of rehearsal schedules, performance demands, and what it takes for a show to succeed from start to finish.
Experience That Matters
The team at Digital Performance Gear has over 30 years of experience in the large format digital printing industry and over 20 years of experience in the marching arts. Digital Performance Gear, formerly based in Concord, North Carolina, merged with Winter Guard Tarps in 2018, and is a division of ABI Digital Solutions which has been producing “Grand” and “Super Wide” format prints for over 25 years.
All of our products, from uniforms to floors to flags, props, signs, banners, flyovers, and more, are produced under one roof in our 45,000 square foot facility in Conroe, Texas, just north of Houston. Producing everything here allows us to color match all of your items together to ensure that your show has a consistent look and feel. Our customer service team also shares the same space, allowing them to personally check up on the progress of your orders, from your first call until it’s loaded on the truck.
Our team of experts has extensive experience and knowledge in marching band, drum corps, winterguard, percussion, winds, and more. Our sales staff includes former band directors, drum corps directors, guard directors, adjudicators, and more. Their wealth of experience can help guide you towards the right products and choices for your most successful season yet!
We work hard to make sure you have everything you need to make great design choices. All floors include a custom printed “mini” of your floor tarp at no additional charge. This is for our benefit and yours. We produce our mini with the same material you’ve chosen for your floor so you know exactly what your tarp will look like. We can also produce samples of uniforms, sizer sets, and more to make sure you are making the best decisions for your show.
We also offer a free Shutterstock image to our clients with every purchase. For more complicated projects, work with our art team to bring your vision to life.
