Your Show, Our Process
Every project at DPG starts with a conversation. Our account executives come from the marching arts and pageantry world, so they understand the creative and logistical decisions that shape a season—and can help guide choices that support both your vision and your timeline.
From there, we move into design. That might mean reviewing and proofing artwork you already have or collaborating from the ground up to develop something new. Either way, our focus stays the same—clear communication and a design that’s ready to perform exactly as intended.
Once artwork is approved, your project enters production. At this stage we finalize details like quantities and sizing (for uniforms), ensuring everything is aligned before printing begins. Throughout the process, your account executive stays involved—so nothing gets lost between idea, approval, and delivery.
Each product type has a maximum turn time that you can expect our process to stay within:
- Vinyl Props – Deposit or State-Funded School PO Required: 10-13 Business Days after final approval.
- Fabric Props, Fabric Oversized Props, & Flyovers – Deposit or State-Funded School PO Required: 15-18 Business Days after final approval.
- Floors – Deposit or State-Funded School PO Required: Contact an Account Executive for current times.
- Flags – Deposit or State-Funded School PO Required: 15-18 Business Days (20-23 days for 100 + flags) after final approval
- Uniforms – Deposit or State-Funded School PO Required: 6-9 Calendar Weeks after final approval.
- Emergence Series Uniforms – Deposit or State-Funded School PO Required: 8-9 Calendar Weeks after final approval.
The above turn-times are PRODUCTION turn times, meaning the product(s) will ship within that time frame. Your product arrival date will vary depending on the shipping distance from Conroe, TX. We are always happy to get you a shipping time estimate, and of course, local clients are welcome to pick up their products at their convenience.
