Answers When You Need Them
Every program is a little different, and questions are part of the process. This section covers the questions we’re asked most often, from timelines and artwork to sizing and production. And if something still needs clarification, our team is just a call or email away.
Ordering
If you know exactly what you want, you can reach out to an Account Executive directly, calling our office, or by using our contact form. If you’re not sure yet, fill out our idea box form, or reach out to talk through your ideas.
Sizing and Products
Use the size chart for your product and consider all measurements to get the best picture. Remember you can always take something in if you order a little too big, but you can’t add fabric if it’s too small.
This varies based on your needs. The most common sizes for indoor competitive groups are 40×60, 50×70, 55×80, and 60×90. Learn more about choosing the best floor for you here.

No, floors need to go to a business or school. Call and talk to a customer service representative if you need to discuss your options.
Liftgate service is offered when you are having a heavy floor delivered. Liftgates are needed when you don’t have enough people to safely remove the floor from the truck, or if you don’t have a loading dock for the truck to pull up to. Liftgate service does cost extra, and the carrier will charge you for it if you find yourself in one of the scenarios above. Make sure you plan ahead if you do not include liftgate service.
